Privacy & Cookie Notice

NomotecnIA respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This page explains clearly what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not ask for sensitive information in the test.

3. How we process the data

  • Test data may be processed through an artificial intelligence provider to generate the diagnosis. We do not send unnecessary identifying data and we apply human review to the outputs.
  • The chat assistant is an artificial intelligence system (Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — AI Act), not a human operator; we inform you of this before the interaction. The conversation is processed in real time by artificial intelligence service providers and is not stored. Please do not enter sensitive data or confidential information in the chat.
  • We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you do not become a client, we remove it within a reasonable period.

4. Providers and transfers

To deliver the service we rely on the following providers. Transfers to providers based in the USA are carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), where applicable.

Some agreements with providers are being formalised: ⚠️ [DPA/SCC to be signed]. We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR and do not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to the service.

5. Cookies and third-party tools

This site does not use profiling or advertising tracking cookies. We use:

  • Google Fonts for typography: loading the fonts may involve the transmission of your IP address to Google. (Being optimised: self-hosting the fonts to eliminate this transmission.)
  • Calendly (only if you open the booking): to schedule a call. Calendly's privacy policy applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Under Art. 7(3) GDPR you may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. This notice is a transparent baseline during the company's start-up phase and will be completed with the final corporate details and legal review.
