Each step prepares the next
The twin works on verified data; verified data comes from a map connected to real sources; that map starts from a survey done well. Skipping a step means building on data nobody has checked.
A Digital Twin is a digital copy of how your company works: it lets you try a decision before putting it into practice. It only works on verified data, which is why it is built in three steps.
01 · The three steps
Each step can be bought on its own and delivers something that stays yours. You climb only if you need to.
Step 1
We see how the company really works.
A survey of processes, tools, data and AI systems in use, drawn as a map.
You can stop here: the map stays yours.
Step 2
The map updates from real data.
The same map connected to the company's data sources, with a stated update frequency.
You can stop here: the map keeps updating.
Step 3
You try a decision before making it.
On the live map you simulate scenarios and build governed automations, with human oversight.
02 · Why in this order
Changing a process is costly. Trying it first on the digital copy shows the effect on people, risks and controls without touching the real company. But the copy is only as good as the data beneath it.
The twin works on verified data; verified data comes from a map connected to real sources; that map starts from a survey done well. Skipping a step means building on data nobody has checked.
Each step has a price, a delivered result and a point where you can stop with something in hand. You don't have to sign a full project straight away.
If the structured data isn't there, you find out at the first step, not halfway through a project.
A map is not a digital twin, and we don't call it one: we use that term only from step 3. And we don't talk about «real time»: we state how often the data updates.
The rule: no map, no verified data. No verified data, no digital twin.
03 · The case study
We are updating this section. Soon you will be able to see a Digital Twin at work here, with simulated data: change one element of the company and watch what happens to risks and controls.
