Transparent prices · excl. VAT

Three paths. An investment proportionate to value.

First understand, then get ready, then automate. Each path is a self-contained block: what it includes, how it works, how much it costs. No inflated price list, no hidden costs.

01 · The paths

What you contract for, in concrete terms.

The exact perimeter is defined after the first step: you pay for value, not for the hours. Here you'll find the deliverables, phases and starting price of each path.

Step 1

Understand

Discover where AI can genuinely help your company, before investing.

Who it's for

SMEs that want to understand where AI is genuinely worthwhile — including the shadow AI already in use — before spending.

What it includes
  • Analysis of processes and of the AI uses already present, including shadow AI
  • Map of the highest-value opportunities, prioritised
  • Gap analysis on risk and compliance (AI Act, ISO 42001, GDPR)
  • Concrete roadmap with the first steps
  • With the Assessment: full diagnosis and a phased business case
How it works
  1. Kick-off and process gathering A conversation to understand how you work today.
  2. Analysis of AI uses and shadow AI What already runs in the company, tracked or not.
  3. Prioritisation by value, feasibility and risk Where it genuinely pays to start.
  4. Delivery of the map and the roadmap A concrete plan, yours.
Questions on this path

Do I already have to use AI to do the Scan?

No. The Scan is precisely there to understand where AI is worthwhile, even if you don't use it in a structured way today. If you already have tools in use, we map them (including shadow AI).

Is the Scan really deductible?

Yes: the AI Opportunity Scan is 100% deductible from the next step. It is a low-risk entry point to decide whether to continue.

Step 2

Get ready

AI Act, ISO 42001, GDPR: governance and compliance without stress.

Who it's for

Companies that use or are about to adopt AI and want to be compliant without weighing down operations.

What it includes
  • Framing against AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and GDPR
  • Usage policy, roles and responsibilities assigned
  • Register of AI systems
  • Human-oversight points defined
  • Documented governance system, ready for certification readiness
How it works
  1. Regulatory orientation Where you sit against AI Act, ISO 42001 and GDPR.
  2. Policy, roles and register The written rules and the register of systems.
  3. Controls and human oversight Who checks what, and with which evidence.
  4. Ongoing oversight (optional) A fractional AI Governance Office, on a monthly basis.
Questions on this path

Do you certify us to ISO 42001 yourselves?

No — and be wary of anyone who promises it. Certification is granted only by an accredited body. We prepare the readiness: management system, documentation, policies and controls aligned with the standard.

Is the Fractional Office a long commitment?

It's on a monthly basis, no lock-in: you oversee governance for as long as you need and stay autonomous. Governance must not depend on us to work.

Step 3

Automate

Safe and governed automations, from process to result.

Who it's for

Companies with high-volume repetitive processes that want to automate without losing control or compliance.

What it includes
  • Order in the process and definition of the rules
  • Governed and safe automations, integrated with human controls
  • Traceability and oversight of the automations
  • Automations in production that the team genuinely adopts
  • Where it makes sense: reusable vertical toolkits
How it works
  1. Perimeter and rules What to automate and within which limits.
  2. Building the governed automations Safe and traceable by design.
  3. Human controls and logs AI proposes, the person decides; every step leaves a trace.
  4. Production and adoption In real use, not a demo.
Questions on this path

Are the technical costs included in the price?

No: the technical costs (licences, infrastructure) are pass-through at cost, on a separate line of the quote and never discounted. The founder fee, instead, benefits from the Founding Clients discount.

Why is the Sprint "on quote"?

Because the perimeter varies a great deal from one process to another. We define the scope together, then the quote is tailored — with transparent technical costs.

No inflated price list, no hidden costs. The exact perimeter is defined after the first step: you pay for value, not for the hours.

The first step

Not sure which path to start from?

Almost always you begin with understanding. A 20-minute call is enough to orient you — with no obligation.
